ROI. Our foundation is research of regional market conditions
and knowing the market cycles. Our primary
projects are Renovations of Large Apartment
Complexes, Self-Storage Facilities, and Environmentally Distressed
Properties. Our team works diligently and systematically to provide
truly amazing returns to our

RenuVest is based in
Orange County, California. Our founder, David
Jones, has been a business owner since age 16, graduated
college with a computer science degree and started investing in real
estate and owned his first multi-family apartment building at age
24. David moved his family to Northern California in
1980's where he held ownership and key executive positions in
four successful hi-tech Silicon Valley start-ups until he
left Northern California in 1994. Since that time,
David has focused on Real Estate Development and
has completed projects in California, Colorado, Texas,
Tennessee, and Florida. His project experience includes Single
Family Remodels, Small Multi-Family, Large non-profit
Commercial Construction, Large Apartment Complex Renovation and
Turnaround, Land Development, and New Townhome Construction.
David also owns an environmental bio-tech company which
provides the technology and background for restoring Environmentally
Distressed Properties.
Our Real Estate
Strategy is simply to find and Invest
in the best Real Estate Investments nationwide. Primarily we look
for Multi-Family properties that will Cash Flow after renovation,
Mini-Storage properties, and Land Development properties
nationwide. We are a small, very
focused company partnering one on one with investors
for over 16 years, completing projects in 5 states.
We've developed 27 Specific RenuVest Tools and Strategies that
include: 1) Continual Research
nationwide, studying Multi-Family and
Commercial Specific Indicators, such as: State to State
migration, job growth, cash flow ratios, multi-family building
permit dynamics, regional economy, business relocation factors,
retirement patterns, etc.; 2) Determine the timing
of specific Emerging Markets, the stage of an area's
cycle, and impact on Cash Flow and
Appreciation; 3) Capitalize on retracting and
emerging Real Estate
Cycles in Micro-markets nationwide; 4) offer Investors
multiple Pre-Determined Exit
Strategy options, including 1031 Tax Free Exchange upon
sale, Partner Buyout Options, or hold for longer term
appreciation and cashflow.
