Founder

RenuVest is based in Orange County, California. Our founder and Senior Managing Partner, David Jones, has been a business owner since age 16, graduated college with a computer science degree and started investing in real estate and owned his first multi-family apartment building at age 24. David moved his family to Northern California in 1982 where he held ownership and key executive positions in four successful hi-tech Silicon Valley start-ups until he left Northern California in 1994. Since that time, David has focused on real estate acquisitions and development in 5 states.

Loc Vu has been investing in properties for over 10 years and has a strong network of like minded professionals that are looking for solid real estate ownership. David and Loc met at an Orange County Real Estate Investment Club in 2009 and both were interested in exploring the synergy between them. Loc is a partner and has personally invested in a recent acquisition of a Self Storage Facility in Southern California. After learning the company strategy and personally seeing its results, he decided to join our organization as Director of Investor Relations to reach out to other professionals and investors seeking safe cash flow real estate investments with high returns. By trade Loc is a Pharmacist and continues to consult in that industry. He also owns several single family homes in California.

 

 

Our Real Estate Strategy is simply to find and Invest in the best Real Estate Investments nationwide. Primarily we look for Commercial Property that will Cash Flow. Our process is simple:

1) We’ve developed 27 Specific RenuVest Tools and Strategies that we combine with other sophisticated softare that tracks the nationwide picture of emerging and retracting MSA cycles.
2) In growing market cycles, we determine the timing of specific Emerging Markets, the stage of an area’s cycle, and impact on Cash Flow and Appreciation;
3) During retracting Real Estate Cycles, like 1993 and 2007, we focus on Cash Flow and Equity Build-Up by purchasing significantly below market value and improving those properties;
4) We invest in properties that offer multiple Pre-Determined Exit Strategy options.
