Since 1994 we have been acquiring and repositioning commercial properties. Our scope of work has included; renovating the facility, implementing management and marketing changes, and securing the appropriate funding needed.
1. Renewing Property Value. We have focused on large Apartment Buildings and Self Storage Facilities and believe these sectors will always be a very stable cash-flow generator.
2. Repositioning Brings High Equity. Repositioning a distressed property into a high performing asset is the basis for such high equity positions in our projects.
3. New Innovative Funding Sources. Over the past few years our team has been fortunate to build relationships with private equity groups and large funds that are providing the alternative financing needed for acquisitions and turn-around bridge funding. Many of the traditional commercial banks are no longer providing the capital we have come to expect over the past 40 years.
